I can't imagine by whom; I should think that "Nick Soapdish" is a fairly idiosyncratic name only befitting of an extraordinarily unique individual such as yourself. Of course, as long as we are aware of your true identity, this misfortune is of little consequence, so perhaps it would be best to simply gloss over it.

Admittedly the name was stolen from somewhere. I'm not sure how many people realize that or where from. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's found it appropriate as a fake name.
